7 Months!

Happy 7months to Jayce!

 

 

He didn't have a traditional doctors appointment this month, just had to go in to get his second dose of the flu shot.  So on the home scale, he's weighing in at 18.5 lbs!  He's definitely growing, up and out!  It's quite an arm work out lugging him around all the time!

 

 

 

Halloween around here was pretty crazy.  We went reverse Trick-or-Treating to Grandma and Aunt Barb, who had buckets full of goodies for Jayce (toys, books, stuffed animals, etc), and we delivered them some brownies.  (This little man is so frickin' spoiled...er...well loved).  Then we went and delivered some brownies to the neighbors.  Jayce was in costume, of course.  And the cutest tiger in town!  Needless to say Jayce was all sorts of wound up from the excitement of the day that he was a bit of a bear to put to bed that night.

 

 

 

And speaking of bed, Jayce has had a hard time sleeping the past week, mostly due to the fact that he has cut his first tooth.  The little razor blade we are calling the tip of a tooth broke the surface a few days ago.  Yesterday he thought it would be hilarious to try and pierce me.  I didn't find it so funny.  The little man drew blood!  Maybe he should have been a vampire for Halloween instead.

 

New foods he ate this week included peas and green beans!  Both of which were a hit.  Tonight we are going to try some butternut squash, YUM!
